Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains what Wayne Point, LLC, d/b/a FlyDialer ("FlyDialer", "we", "us") collects through the FlyDialer application (the "Service") and how we use it.

1. What we collect

Account information: your name, email address, phone number, and password.
Contact and lead data you upload, import, or sync into the Service (names, phone numbers, emails, company/title information, and similar).
Call activity: who you called, when, disposition, duration, and any call recording or transcript you generate through the Service.
Text message content, once text messaging is enabled for your account.
Data from integrations you explicitly connect, such as a Google Calendar/Gmail connection or a CRM sync (HubSpot, Pipedrive) — only what those integrations are scoped to access, and only after you authorize the connection.

2. How we use it

We use this information to operate the Service: placing and routing your calls and messages, showing you your contacts and call history, syncing with the integrations you connect, and keeping the account working and secure. We don't sell your data, and we don't use your contact lists or call content for advertising.

3. Who we share it with

We share the minimum information necessary with the telephony and messaging infrastructure providers that carry your calls and texts, and with whatever third-party integration you personally connect (for example, your calendar or CRM) — never with anyone else, and never for their own marketing purposes.

4. Call recordings and transcripts

If your account owner turns on call recording, the Service records only your own side of each call (your microphone), not the person you call, and creates a transcript from it. You're asked to acknowledge this before you can place calls. Recordings and transcripts are stored on your account and are visible to the account owner and to other users on the same account who have access to that contact. See the Terms of Service for the account owner's obligation to obtain any consent required before recording.

5. Data retention and deletion

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. If you close your account or ask us to delete your data, we will do so within a reasonable time, except where we're required to keep something longer by law.

6. Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data, but no system is perfectly secure, and we can't guarantee absolute security.

7. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy as the Service changes. The version number and effective date at the top of this page always reflect the version currently in force.
